Resident Liaison Officer (SHDF) North and West London £22.57 per hour Social Housing Decarbonisation and Energy Efficiency Temp to Perm Are you an experienced Resident Liaison Officer with a background in Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) works We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic RLO to join a major energy efficiency contract covering a diverse patch across North and West London. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity offering immediate work at a competitive rate, with a clear pathway to a permanent career with a leading property services provider. You will play a pivotal role in supporting residents through essential property upgrades designed to improve home comfort and energy efficiency. THE OFFER Pay Rate: £22.57 per hour Contract: Temp to Perm (Long-term stability with a permanent career path) Location: Patch coverage includes Tottenham, Hayes, Haringey, Wembley, Finchley, and Camden. Expenses: Travel expenses are covered at 45p per mile. Requirements: Must have a full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle. THE ROLE (SHDF Workstreams) You will be the primary point of contact for residents throughout the lifecycle of their property upgrades. This project is specifically focused on decarbonisation measures, including: Insulation: Coordinating loft insulation and top-ups.
