You will act as the vital bridge between residents, sub-contractors, and site management during ongoing internal and external refurbishment works.This is an immediate temporary assignment starting Monday, 28th September, running initially until 17th October, with the potential for ongoing work across local West Midlands housing stocks.Key ResponsibilitiesFirst Point of Contact: Act as the primary link between social housing tenants, site management, and client representatives.Resident Communications: Issue clear written notices, newsletters, and appointment letters to residents prior to work commencing.Pre-Start Condition Surveys: Carry out pre-entry dilapidation checks, surveys, and record resident needs or vulnerability requirements.Access Management: Work closely with sub-contractors to secure access to properties and ensure work remains on schedule.Complaints Handling: Resolve queries, complaints, and access issues quickly and empathetically on site.Handover and Sign-Off: Conduct final ..... full job details .....
