This is a crucial, high-touch role acting as the primary bridge between residents, site management, and sub-contractors. You will ensure smooth access, clear communication, and high levels of resident satisfaction while trades complete internal refurbishments. Key Responsibilities Conduct pre-work surveys and talk residents through the installation process. Act as the main point of contact for resident queries, concerns, and special access requirements. Maintain clear communication channels, issuing advance notice letters and daily updates. Work closely with the Site Manager and sub-contractors to resolve access issues or delays.
