Location: Sheffield | Salary: £21 - £22/hour | Type: Temporary | Resident Liaison Officer Location: Sheffield Contract: Temporary Rate: -21.41 per hour The Role We are looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to support residents throughout housing maintenance and refurbishment works in Sheffield. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout works. Keep residents informed about upcoming works, access requirements and timescales. Arrange appointments and manage resident access. Deal with queries, concerns and complaints professionally. Liaise with contractors, site teams and housing management. Carry out resident visits and provide regular updates. Maintain accurate records and ensure resident issues are followed up. Requirements Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar role. Experience within social housing, repairs, maintenance or refurbishment . Strong communication and customer service skills. Confident dealing with residents and contractors. Good organisational and administration skills.
