Resident Liaison Officer

Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) East London and Essex Decent Homes and Social Housing Up to 35,000 + Package A well-established refurbishment contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join their team, working across Decent Homes, social housing and refurbishment projects throughout East London and Essex. This is an office-based role, supporting the delivery of refurbishment frameworks while acting as the key point of contact between residents, the contractor and site teams. The Role As Resident Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with residents and ensuring they are kept fully informed throughout refurbishment works. You will work closely with operational teams to resolve issues, manage resident communications and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout refurbishment works. Provide clear and regular communication regarding planned works, access requirements and programme updates. Deal with resident enquiries, complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently. Arrange access to properties and coordinate appointments with residents and site teams. Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and correspondence. Work closely with Site Managers, Contracts Managers and project teams to resolve issues. Carry out resident visits and attend meetings where required.
