Resident Liaison Officer (RLO)Location: Harlow, EssexSalary: 33,000 per annum + Car AllowanceWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join a well-established contractor delivering planned maintenance and refurbishment projects across Harlow and the surrounding areas.This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused and proactive individual with experience working within the social housing sector. We''re looking for an all-round Resident Liaison Officer who is confident managing resident relationships across a variety of refurbishment schemes while delivering an exceptional customer experience.The RoleAs the Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the key link between residents, site teams, and client representatives throughout the duration of refurbishment works.
