Resident Liaison Officer

Tier 2 Main Contractor based in East London covering Local Authority Refurbishment Framework Projects over 10yrs in London including-Kitchens, Bathrooms, Windows and Ceilings are looking to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer for Scattered Sites in North and East London.
The role will involve coordinating works between Project Teams, Residents and Client. Responsible for Communications and Updates, Tenant Support, Record Keeping, Complaint Resolution and Site Coordination.
