Pay: 30,000.00- 33,000.00 per year Job description: Resident Liaison Officer / RLO NW London We are seeking a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer / RLO to join the team to perform continuous improvement of services in response to feedback; ensuring residents and scheme managers are fully involved in decision making processes affecting their homes. You must be customer focused and provide a one-stop contact point, empowering residents to feel respected and valued by maintaining the best quality experience.
