Resident Liaison Officer Location: MedwaySalary: Up to £35,000 + PackageJob Type: PermanentFortus Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the construction, property services, and social housing sectors.We are currently working with a well-established contractor who is looking to recruit an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join their team in Medway, working on an external planned maintenance programme across occupied social housing properties.The RoleAs the Resident Liaison Officer, you will be the key point of contact between residents, the client and site teams, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered throughout the lifecycle of the project.Your responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents. Carrying out pre-start visits, resident consultations and pre-condition surveys. Keeping residents informed of planned external works, timescales and any programme changes. Managing resident queries and resolving complaints efficiently and professionally. Coordinating access arrangements with residents, contractors and site teams. Carrying out regular site and resident visits throughout the works. Conducting resident satisfaction surveys and maintaining accurate records.
