Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) - Planned WorksLocation: HertfordRate: Up to £22 per hourContract: Temporary to PermanentFortus Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the construction, property services, and social housing sectors.We are currently working with a leading contractor who is looking to recruit an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their team on a planned works programme in Hertford.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RLO looking for a temp-to-perm position, working closely with residents, site teams and the client to ensure planned works are communicated effectively and delivered with minimal disruption.Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the planned works programme. Carry out resident visits, pre-start meetings and regular communication throughout the works. Explain the scope and programme of works clearly to residents. Arrange access and appointments with residents and ensure works can progress efficiently. Identify and support vulnerable residents, putting appropriate measures in place where required. Manage resident queries, concerns and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved promptly. Liaise closely with site managers, supervisors, contractors and client representatives.
