Resident Liaison Officer (RLO)Location: HackneySalary: Up to £32,000 + PackageJob Type: PermanentFortus Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the construction, property services, and social housing sectors.We are currently working with a well-established contractor who are looking to recruit an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join their team in Hackney, working on a programme of kitchen and bathroom refurbishments within occupied social housing properties.The RoleAs the Resident Liaison Officer, you will be the key point of contact between residents, the client and site teams, ensuring residents are kept informed and supported throughout the works programme.Key Responsibilities Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents throughout the refurbishment programme. Carrying out pre-start visits, resident consultations and pre-condition surveys. Keeping residents informed of planned kitchen and bathroom works, timescales and programme changes. Coordinating access arrangements with residents, contractors and site teams. Managing resident queries, concerns and complaints in a professional and customer-focused manner. Carrying out regular resident and site visits throughout the works. Liaising closely with site teams and contractors to ensure works progress smoothly and disruption is minimised.
