Based in Middlesex, the planned works programme is in Ealing. Works are carried out to occupied properties and include planned maintenance and refurbishment projects which are mainly external and FRA renewal works.Responsibilities

Booking in appointments to visit occupied propertiesCarrying out condition surveysDealing with resident complaintsWorking hand in hand with the site team to get works completed to the correct standardBuilding strong relationships with tenants and contractorsQualifications and Skills

My client are seeking someone with experience working as a Resident Liaison Officer, strong communication skills over the phone and face to face and good IT skills. The ability to work within a team and of your own accord is also desired.Contract details
