We have a position available with a Tier 1 Social Housing Contractor who focus on quality of service and customer care, and have great staff retention rates.  My client are a well established Social Housing Contractor, who have an excellent reputation and strong pipeline of work. They are currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer to work on a decarbonisation retrofit scheme, based on site in North West London. This is a fully site based role (no home working) as you will be required to be visible to the residents in order to build strong relationships.   As a Resident Liaison Officer you will develop positive relationships with residents in order to provide information and support during refurbishment, maintenance and major works programmes. You will also be responsible for booking in appointments and will manage your own diary.
