Working together, you will act as the main point of contact for residents, ensuring they are informed, supported and engaged throughout the process. This is an opportunity right candidate to help to improve resident engagement and overall customer experience across the development. Key responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for residents Coordinate access for surveys and works, including managing appointments and door-to-door engagement Follow up where access is not gained to maximise access across the development Maintain accurate records and manage bookings across systems and diaries Identify and address barriers to access and support residents throughout the process Lead resident communications and support engagement activities and events Work collaboratively with contractors, stakeholders and the wider project team Contribute to the smooth delivery of the project programme About you ...
