Resident Liaison Officer

We are looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join a housing and property services team working across the Cheltenham area.

As a Resident Liaison Officer, you''ll act as the key link between residents, the client and the project team, ensuring residents are kept informed and supported throughout works.

• -24 per hour Umbrella
• Temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate
• Full-time position
• Work across Cheltenham and surrounding areas
• Regular site visits and client liaison

• Liaise with residents before, during and after works
• Attend site visits and communicate with residents and contractors
• Build positive relationships with residents and clients
• Keep residents updated on programmes, access and progress
• Resolve queries and concerns professionally
• Work closely with the wider project team to ensure smooth delivery

This Resident Liaison Officer role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and experience working within housing, construction, maintenance or property services.
