Job Description - Resident Liaison Officer (RLO)Location: KT12 and surrounding areasSalary: 32,000- 34,000 per annum, depending on experienceWe are looking for a proactive and experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to support projects across KT12 and the surrounding areas.The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents, site teams and clients, ensuring works are completed with minimal disruption.Key Responsibilities:Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout works.Communicate planned works, schedules and potential disruption.Manage resident enquiries, complaints and concerns professionally.Coordinate access arrangements and appointments.Maintain accurate records of resident communications and feedback.Liaise with site and project teams to resolve issues promptly.Requirements:Previous experience in a Resident Liaison Officer role.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Confidence handling resident queries and complaints.A professional, approachable and customer-focused attitude.Full UK driving licence preferred, depending on project requirements.We are seeking a reliable and organised individual who can manage resident expectations effectively and help deliver a positive resident experience. ..... full job details .....
