Resident Liaison OfficerLocation: Halifax, West YorkshireType: PermanentSalary: 30,000 - 32,000 + Car/Car allowance and BenefitsWe are currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer to join a well-established contractor delivering refurbishment works within occupied properties.This is a key role focused on ensuring residents are kept fully informed before, during and after works are carried out, whilst delivering a high standard of customer care throughout the programme.The RoleReporting to the Senior Resident Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for managing communication with tenants and residents, helping to ensure works are delivered smoothly and with minimal disruption.You will act as a key point of contact between residents, clients and operational teams, supporting positive outcomes and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clear, professional and timely communication to residents throughout the works programmeBuild positive relationships with tenants and residents, ensuring they feel informed and supported at all stagesArrange and manage resident appointments in line with works schedulesExplain the nature of the works, associated timescales and any changes or delays as they ariseCarry out resident inductions and complete resident profilesIdentify and respond to individual resident needs, including vulnerable tenants, working households and those with health-related requirementsSupport the management of complaints and ..... full job details .....
