Resident Liaison Officer

Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a-Resident Liaison Officer in Wigan starting Monday 26th March 2026. The works are replacement cladding / facade to the full building.-

The role intails-Resident Liaison Officer- and Liaison between the building management and tentants. This role will require a twice a week site attendance for proposed tentants meeting Monday and Thursday morning between 10-12pm-

Maximun 25 hours per week (suggested 5 x hours per day) project duration 46 weeks. starting Monday 23rd March.-
