Projects include: Internal Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishments Bathroom pod installations Occupied social housing properties Long-term frameworks with Southern Housing and Enfield Council Key Responsibilities: Acting as the main point of contact for residents Booking appointments and managing access Handling resident queries and complaints Providing regular updates throughout the works Supporting site teams to ensure smooth project delivery Requirements: Previous RLO experience within Kitchen & Bathroom works Social housing / planned maintenance background Strong communication and customer service skills Must have own vehicle Interviews are taking place ASAP with immediate starts available.
