With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health and Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer covering Swindon. Our client is looking for someone with experience of property maintenance and customer service to be liaising tenants and workforce on site, whilst works are being completed. This role does come with a Van and the contract will initially run for 3 months. Day to Day:Site visits liaising with tenants and contractorsAssisting with the selection of products for installation worksSending out email and letter correspondenceDealing with customers face to face and over the phoneDealing with complaintsAttending site meetings for programme updates with contractorsRequirements (Skills and Qualifications):Excellent communication skillsUnderstanding around maintenance and construction would be beneficialAbility to work under pressureIt LiterateExperience of working in the Social housing sector would be beneficialFull UK driving licence essential Please apply or contact Chelsie Fowler at ..... full job details .....
