Resident Liaison Officer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to support a live retrofit programme delivering energy efficiency improvements to social housing properties.This role will be covering a long-term absence and requires someone available to start immediately. This role is initially a 3 month contract, with a strong possibility of being extended or going permanent.The ProjectEnergy efficiency upgrades including insulation and heating improvements within occupied properties. You will act as the key point of contact between residents and the site team, ensuring clear communication throughout the works.Responsibilities:Liaising with residents before, during and after worksArranging access and managing appointmentsProviding updates on programme timelinesHandling queries and resolving issuesSupporting vulnerable residents where requiredMaintaining accurate records and resident communication logsRequirements:Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, or similar, within planned maintenanceExperience on retrofit or energy efficiency projects desirableAsbestos Awareness (UKATA or IATP)Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicleThis is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy retrofit programme with an established site team.For more information or to apply, please apply with a CV today, or contact Kay on (phone number removed) ..... full job details .....
