Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) / Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) Portishead Permanent or Long-term Freelance Recladding and Fa ade Remediation Project on large apartment blocks 30,000 to 35,000 (depending on experience) + Package The Opportunity We are recruiting for a Tenant Liaison Officer to support residents and site teams on a major occupied residential recladding and fa ade remediation programme in Portishead. Working on behalf of an established specialist contractor, you will play a key role in maintaining positive relationships between residents and the project team throughout the delivery of critical building safety improvements. This is a long-term project involving works to occupied residential buildings, making resident engagement and communication a vital part of successful delivery. You''ll be joining a collaborative project team delivering meaningful improvements to residents'' homes while helping ensure works are completed with minimal disruption. The Role Act as the main point of contact for residents, leaseholders and stakeholders throughout the project Provide clear and timely communication on planned works, access requirements and programme updates Build positive relationships with residents and support them through each stage of the works Arrange appointments, consultations, resident meetings and home visits as required Manage enquiries, concerns and complaints professionally and sensitively Liaise closely with site management and subcontractors to ..... full job details .....
