Various project offices throughout LondonThis is a contract position based on-site in Lewisham, with occasional work at other project offices throughout London. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic construction environment while developing strong relationships with residents and supporting critical operational functions.Role Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to operations and commercial teams.Coordinate appointments between residents and defects/maintenance teams.Maintain detailed Excel trackers and logs of all customer interactions.Handle resident communications with professionalism and excellent customer service.Write and distribute regular resident newsletter updates.Collaborate with construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery.Maintain accurate records of defects and maintenance issues through to resolution.Arrange resident access for operational maintenance teams.Organise meetings and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Qualifications and Experience
Experience: Three to five years in a similar RLO and administrative role.Administrative Skills: Proven experience in office administration and providing administrative assistance.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service abilities.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Organisation: Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.Prioritisation: Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in the construction industry.Experience working with residents or tenants.Knowledge of defects management processes.How to Apply
