At Centrick, we''re looking for a passionate and people-focused Resident Experience Manager to lead one of our Build to Rent communities. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced property, hospitality or customer service professional to deliver an exceptional resident experience, drive leasing performance and create a vibrant, welcoming place for residents to call home. Working closely with the Build to Rent Portfolio Manager, you''ll oversee all aspects of community operations, including resident engagement, property performance, contractor management and financial objectives. As the face of the development, you''ll lead a small onsite team, maintain high service standards and ensure the community operates efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience and achieving key business goals. Manage the full resident journey, from enquiries and viewings through to move-in, tenancy management and renewals.
