This Resident Engagement Officer role will focus on ensuring compliance with consumer standards, supporting tenant engagement programmes and capturing resident feedback to inform service improvement. The successful candidate will support engagement activities, tenant forums and satisfaction initiatives while ensuring the organisation can evidence compliance with the Transparency, Influence and Accountability Standard.
