Pertemps Network Group are delighted to be assisting a housing provider for a Resident Engagement Manager who will lead, coordinate, and deliver key change and project management initiatives across Housing Services to strengthen resident engagement and ensure full readiness for regulatory inspection. Working closely with the Head of Resident Involvement and Participation, the role will embed a modern, effective, and inclusive resident involvement structure ensuring residents have a strong voice and that their feedback directly shapes service improvements.Department: Housing Responsible for: Engagement Officer x3Pay: (Apply online only) per/day (Umbrella)Key Responsibilities Project and Change ManagementLead the delivery of the Resident Engagement Reset project across Housing Services, supporting new and innovative ways of working.Oversee change management activities, including reviewing and reshaping resident involvement structures and introducing informal engagement methods.Ensure all projects are delivered to agreed scope, timelines, and governance standards.Regulatory ReadinessSupport preparation for regulatory inspection by compiling and analysing evidence against the Social Housing Act Consumer Standards (especially Transparency, Influence and Accountability).Ensure compliance levels are understood, documented, and continuously improved.Service and Organisational ImprovementEmbed changes across services, helping staff adapt confidently to new practices.Develop creative ..... full job details .....
