Resident Advisor- Metalworks

Here at Fresh, were are excited to be recruiting for a Resident Advsior to join the team and work at our state of the art 816 - bed student acccomodation scheme in Bristol The Role: Located in the Bedminster and Victoria Park area, this exciting position offers full time hours of 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm on a rota basis. As a Resident Advisor you''ll act as the first point of contact for residents and prospective residents providing and exceptional support service to ensure that the property runs smoothly, and the residents feel supported. You will be assisting with the organisation of our social events, be on hand to greet prospective students and assist with exisiting residents enquiries while being comfortable handling any viewing enquires and managing social media posts. As with all the members of our accommodation teams, our Resident Advisors are responsible for delivering a 5-star service to our customers. Key responsibilities of the role include: Dealing with enquiries from current and prospective residents via social networks, media communications, email, telephone and in person.
