Community Resettlement Support Worker Salary: £25,877 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Location: Gloucester and CheltenhamHours: 37 hours per weekContract Type: Full-time, permanent About the Role Trigon Recruitment is recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Community Support Worker to join our client''s dedicated team. In this rewarding role, you will manage a caseload of participants within a community-based setting, supporting individuals from initial engagement and assessment through to successful reintegration into their communities. Through a combination of one-to-one support, group interventions, mentoring, and practical guidance, you will help participants overcome barriers, build confidence, and achieve positive, sustainable outcomes. This initiative aims to create safe, supportive environments where individuals who have undergone rehabilitation can participate in meaningful activities that promote social inclusion, enhance wellbeing, and develop the skills needed to navigate everyday life successfully. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience within probation, social care, employability, housing, or the criminal justice sector.
