Dalata Hotel Group .As Reservations Manager, you will report to the Group General Manager. You will effectively guide and manage hotel reservation operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment.Benefits

Manage the day-to-day operations in the reservation office.To constantly update the hotel''s revenue systems.To assist in the maximisation of room revenue, occupancy percentage and yield management.Work closely with the revenue manager and DOS to ensure the efficient running of the department.Manage group reservations for the property, maximising on revenue opportunities.Work closely and collaborate with other HODs in the smooth running of hotel operations.What You Will Need
Previous experience of one year as Reservation Manager or two years as Reservations Supervisor in a busy hotel.Excellent communication and customer skills.Great team leader.Can prioritise and delegate what needs to be done.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.About Us
