What you''ll do as Reservations and Sales Manager
- Lead all reservation channels - direct, online, and through luxury travel partners
- Curate tailored experiences for VIPs, weddings, exclusive-use guests, and special occasions
- Manage rates and availability across all distribution channelsandnbsp; with a focus on accuracy and strategic revenue delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Events, and Front of House to ensure a seamless guest journey
- Support hosted press visits and VIP guests, handling logistics with care and discretion
- Own key reporting, revenue summaries, and OTA/commission processes
- Respond to and convert high-value enquiries related to specialisedandnbsp; guest experiences and private bookings.
What you''ll bring as Reservations and Sales Manager
- Strong knowledge of hotel PMS platforms (CLOCK PMS is an advantage),andnbsp; distribution systems, and restaurant diary booking tools
- Proven sales and conversion skills with a warm, luxury-minded approach
- A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to thoughtful, proactive service
