We are seeking a Research Scientist (Biology) to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring progress, evaluating logic, and solving problems to enhance model quality.

Requirements include an expert understanding of biology; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant fields include Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, and Environmental Science.

This is a

full-time or part-time REMOTE position .

Projects are paid hourly starting at $40+ USD, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work

Responsibilities:

Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex biology problems and evaluate their outputs

Assess AI model quality for correctness and performance

Qualifications:

Masters and/or PhD preferred but not required

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)

Detail-oriented

Proficient in biology, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems-level thinking
