Research Officer (Policy andamp; Research) £194.38 per day (Outside IR35)/23 Months - Edinburgh Parity is delighted to partner with our client, a public sector organisation, who are looking to recruit a on a 23-month contract basis.You will be based in their modern, central Edinburgh offices with potential to work remotely 2 days a week.We are looking for a Research Officer to join the Policy andamp; Research Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced researcher to take ownership of their own projects and contribute to high-quality research within a complex, sensitive, and multidisciplinary environment.Working under the supervision of the Head of Policy and Research, you will analyse information gathered, produce research reviews and evaluate evidence to support.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse qualitative and quantitative information gathered by wider teams.Produce literature reviews and rapid reviews to inform and guide.Research, identify and obtain relevant information from a range of sources, including historical records, government and local authority records, institutional records, legislation, and published research.Review and evaluate the implementation of public policies.Communicate research findings clearly to a range of stakeholders.Take ownership of individual research projects, objectives, and deadlines.Support the copy-editing and proofreading of reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality.Work collaboratively across a multidisciplinary ..... full job details .....
