Your leadership will directly contribute to your clients'' success, as well as to the growth of our team.You will be responsible for leading accounts and driving growth within our Brand Health Tracking business. This will include leading pitches, writing proposals, and owning 2 or 3 of our largest client relationships. You will build up and manage a portfolio of clients, being responsible for delivery, account retention and further account growth.Your impact will be felt by ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional work on existing accounts, delighting and winning repeat business, while also expanding our ever-growing client base.You''re a leader with a strong commercial mindset and truly embody the Ipsos Director behaviours, making a meaningful contribution to both client success and our team''s continued growth trajectory.Day to dayThese are the types of things you can expect to be doing during your day to day, although as Ipsos is a dynamic organisation , this may vary as different opportunities arise:Strategic Client Conversations:

Conduct senior-level client meetings and calls to discuss brand performance insights, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunitiesData Analysis and Insight Development:

Review brand health data, identify key trends and actionable insights, and develop strategic recommendations that drive measurable business impact for clientsPortfolio Management : Review account performance metrics, profitability analysis, and growth pipeline development, ensuring each account meets or exceeds revenue and margin targetsTeam Leadership and Development:

Lead account teams, provide coaching and guidance on analytical challenges, and conduct regular 1:1s with direct reports to drive performance and career developmentProposal Development and Pitching : Write compelling proposals for new business opportunities, develop innovative research approaches, and present to prospective clientsThis role offers hybrid working from our London office 3 days per week and the rest from home.About YouBackground:These are the areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role.Extensive leadership experience

in a commercial, consulting, or market research environment with proven track record in brand tracking and brand equity researchPersonal mastery and

comprehensive understanding of brand tracking methodologies,

brand equity frameworks, and consumer insights approachesDemonstrated ability to

manage delivery of strategic brand insights

and analytics projectsProven track record of

building deep client relationships

and serving as trusted advisor to senior marketing leadershipProject

team leadership experience
