Standard working hours between 9am - 5pm.Working arrangements - London, hybrid homeworking (minimum 6 days a month in office).IntroductionThe Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the UK is recruiting a Research, Data Governance and Technology Manager to support our Research and Development (RandD) function. The role requires the post-holder to be comfortable managing staff, large complex datasets and to work cross-departmentally to support high-quality research, data governance and digital transformation.Purpose and scopeYou will play a key role in delivering the Federation''s RandD priorities, including the creation of research-grade datasets, data analysis and oversee the governance of data used in postgraduate medical education research.Key responsibilitiesThe post holder will:Lead the transition from traditional data management systems to modern, virtual data environments (e.g. data warehousing).Oversee research and data analysis projects.Manage data governance frameworks, implementing protocols, audits and system improvements.Oversee data lifecycle processes: collection, cleaning, integration, analysis and storage.Provide expert advice on data governance, data management and analytical approaches to senior stakeholders.Develop strategies for managing large and complex datasets in line with regulatory requirements.Contribute to research outputs ..... full job details .....
