Within this post you will be contributing to an exciting programme of research in heart failure care, with the opportunity to enhance your skill set and develop you CV. The successful candidate will be an active member of the HEart faiLure carer support Programme (HELP) research team, assisting in the planning and delivery of research activity so that the overall research objectives of the project are met. This project is funded by the British Heart Foundation and will be conducted across 3 centres in the United Kingdom. It will involve assessing the implementation and impact of HELP, which is a nurse-led, co-designed programme of educational and psychologcial support for carers of patients with heart failure. The post holder will be responsible for daily project delivery and management, spanning participant recruitment; mixed-method data collection and storage; routine administrative duties; and regular communication with the multi-disciplinary project team. You will be working across hospital and university settings and require excellent communication and co-ordination skills.
