Research and Insight ManagerEast Leake / Hybrid At Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions UK and Ireland we are looking for a Research and Insight Manager to join our Customer Experience function to help shape strategic decision-making through customer insight and evidence-led thinking.This is a newly created role with real visibility and influence across the business. You''ll become the driving force behind our customer insight capability - owning our Voice of the Customer programme, leading research initiatives, and helping stakeholders turn complex data into meaningful commercial actions. Working closely with transformation, commercial and operational teams, you''ll play a key role in supporting our Lead and Grow strategy through insight-led decision making.Saint Gobain UK and Ireland is a worldwide leader in light and sustainable construction.
