The business specialises in creating and measuring high-impact social media campaigns, helping global organisations understand content performance, audience behaviour and campaign effectiveness through data-driven insights.THE ROLE:As a Research and Insights Consultant, you will provide senior-level leadership across the agency''s research and insight function, ensuring high-quality strategic outputs for a portfolio of global clients. Your responsibilities will include:Overseeing the production of monthly reporting and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), ensuring all outputs are accurate, insightful and client-ready.Quality assuring reports and recommendations produced by junior researchers and analysts.Turning complex social media and campaign performance data into clear, actionable commercial recommendations.Presenting insights, findings and strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders.Providing consultancy on social media performance, audience behaviour and campaign effectiveness.Working with social listening and social intelligence data to identify trends, opportunities and competitor activity.Supporting client services teams by answering research and ..... full job details .....
