This role is crucial in conducting laboratory testing, generating reliable data, and providing technical support to ensure the successful delivery of innovation projects from concept to completion. This role is ideal for recent chemistry graduates or candidates with 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role, wanting to work in Chemical or Coatings manufacturing.Day-to-day of the role:Support the RandD team in executing innovation projects, ensuring work is delivered to agreed quality, timescales, and priorities.Plan and conduct laboratory experiments, testing, and evaluations in line with project requirements and standard operating procedures.Accurately record, analyse, and interpret experimental data, providing clear reports and recommendations to the project team.Attend project meetings and contribute technical knowledge to support project decision-making.Provide technical advice and recommendations based on laboratory testing and experimental outcomes.Prepare laboratory samples, formulations, and test materials as required.Ensure all laboratory work complies with company quality standards, health and safety requirements, and relevant legislation.Assist in ..... full job details .....
