I am currently recruiting on behalf of an automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are looking for a Research & Development Engineer to join their team.

Job Description

As Research & Development Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring that research and design methodologies meet established standards
• Assisting with formulating business plans and budgets for product development
• Analysing quality/safety test results to ensure compliance with standards
• Keeping abreast of new developments in the industry
• Organizing technical presentations to customers and/or industry groups
• Ensuring technical, functional, cost, and timing targets are met
