We employ over 1900 people to manage and develop our large portfolio of nearly 56,000 homes serving over 75,000 customers across London, the East Midlands, Southern and the East of England.This roleOur After Sales team at So Resi are looking for an experienced and proactive Resales Progression consultant to join us.You will be responsible to provide an excellent resales progression service to customers ensuring a highly professional experience for all stakeholders. Achieve monthly targets and KPIs for exchanges and completions on a consistent basis. To effectively communicate with leaseholders who engage with the resales team and liaise with all relevant internal and external parties including solicitors, IFAs, marketing, Safer Buildings and our service charges team. What you''ll need to succeed1. 2 to 3 years sales experience2. Achieve and exceed sales targets Consistently3. Experience of working with CRM and Sales Management systems4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal5. A good understanding of the Shared Ownership scheme6. Self-motivated with a strong ability to problem solve multiple files (40-50)7.
