The role will provide a customer-focused service to existing and prospective homeowners, guiding customers through the full transaction process from instruction through to legal completion.Key responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of resales, staircasing and void property disposals.Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout transactions.Ensure cases are progressed efficiently, accurately and in line with agreed targets.Liaise with solicitors, agents and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver excellent customer outcomes.Support continuous improvement of processes and service delivery.Essential experience:Residential conveyancing experience.Strong customer service and case management background.Experience managing a high-volume workload and meeting deadline...
