You''ll prepare and issue information packs, answer pre-sale enquiries, process assignments and ensure our records and finances are updated accurately at completion. Your work will reduce delays, keep residents informed and safeguard compliance for every transaction across our managed developments. To set you up for success, you will be office-based in Hemel Hempstead for your first six months for hands-on training, coaching and close team support. After that, you''ll move to a hybrid pattern with two days per week in the office.
