This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong reprographics, IT and administrative skills who is looking to work within a busy school environment. You will play an important role in supporting teachers and other school staff by ensuring high-quality educational resources and materials are produced accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain reprographics equipment, including printers, photocopiers, scanners, laminators and binding machines Produce high-quality teaching materials, worksheets, examination papers, booklets and other school documents Manage and prioritise printing and reprographics requests from teaching and administrative staff Ensure materials are produced accurately and within required deadlines Monitor stock levels of paper, toner, ink and other reprographics supplies Assist with ordering and maintaining appropriate stock levels Carry out basic troubleshooting of printers, photocopiers and other equipment Liaise with staff regarding printing requirements and document formatting Maintain a clean, organised and efficient reprographics area Provide ..... full job details .....
