Products include self-adhesive labels, shrink sleeves including R.O.S.O., linerless labels, flexible packaging, artwork and design and more.Overview - Preparing Packaging / Label Artwork files ready for Flexographic Print.Roles and Responsibilities:To ensure that all images and files are complete and ready for printing according to the printers specificationsOffering technical advice and ensuring all artwork is achievable within print production constraintsAmending, checking and pre-flighting packaging artworkEnsure all guidelines are followedChecking for any artwork errorsProviding colour proofingUsing Adobe Creative Suite for artwork and prepressAbility to mentor new and junior staff, providing training wherever necessaryExperience Needed:The role requires evidence of previous print experience using Adobe CC illustrator, Photoshop and Esko AE workflow so working knowledge of these is essential.Experience of preparing files for Flexo print is essential.Knowledge of artwork, pre-press and repro proceduresExperience of the print industry and processes i.e. flexo, litho, gravureProven experience of artwork creation and manipulation to a high standardSome basic knowledge of retouching ..... full job details .....
