Purpose Reporting into the Head of Data and Insight, this role will utilise Salesforce analytics suite (CRM Analytics, Tableau, Data Cloud), delivering regular reports, insights and analytics to our clients, and is focused on helping the sales teams prioritise work, improve processes and enhance the way we use data. The Reporting and Insights Analyst will also support the automation of reporting processes within Salesforce CRM Analytics and Tableau, enabling clients to transition from manual reports to real-time data-driven insight.
