Reporting Analyst

Are you a Reporting Analyst who enjoys turning complex data into clear, useful information that helps people make better decisions? Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity is looking for a Reporting Analyst to develop the dashboards, reporting and performance information used by teams across Fundraising, Marketing and the wider organisation. This is a hands-on role where you''ll combine Power BI, SQL and analytical thinking with lots of stakeholder interaction. You''ll build and improve reporting, understand what colleagues really need from their data and find smarter ways to make trusted information easier to access and use. Salary The salary for this role is £42,770 per annum and we operate a hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. In line with our EDI strategy and Total Reward policy, we calculate our salaries based on benchmarking data across the charity sector. To ensure fairness for existing staff and new joiners, we do not offer salaries above the advertised rate. Key Responsibilities Build, maintain and improve Power BI dashboards and reporting that help teams understand performance and make informed decisions. Use SQL and multiple data sources to interrogate, validate and prepare data for reporting and analysis. Work with colleagues across the charity to understand their questions and translate them into useful reporting and business intelligence solutions.
