Reporting Analyst

We are excited to be supporting a growing organisation to recruit for a Reporting Analyst on a full time permanent basis.
This role will join a newly established team with a focus on optimising the collection and use of their data to make commercial decision and improve customer experience.
This role is based near Maidstone and is 3 days on site, 2 days working from home once training is complete.
Key Responsibilities for the Reporting Analyst:
- Collaborating with the customer-facing teams to utilise data to inform business improvements
- Gathering data, reformatting and manipulating to spot trends and patterns
- Creating dashboards and reports for a variety of audiences
- Standardising performance data, KPI sheets and MI reporting across teams
- Becoming part of the team responsible for championing and embedding a culture of data accuracy
Key Skills for the Reporting Analyst:
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables & formulas
- Experience working with large datasets
- Curious minded, naturally wanting to understand as much as possible
- Dashboarding experience (ideal but not essential)
