This is a full-time permanent basis. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and confirm customer-reported faults using defined procedures, test equipment, jigs and fixtures. Disassemble and reassemble customer equipment, including the replacement of standard components. Carry out PCB-level soldering and defined hardware modifications in accordance with approved work instructions. Repair customer equipment using established procedures, service tools and test jigs. Conduct structured testing, inspection and verification to confirm successful completion of repairs. Ensure repair activities are completed accurately and efficiently to meet product turnaround and service level requirements. Maintain the availability, organisation and control of spare parts within the designated repair area. Support internal and customer-driven hardware modification programmes. Escalate technical issues, risks and potential delays promptly to the line manager.
