The role will support surveyors and technical officers with case coordination, works monitoring, contractor liaison, data management and reporting, ensuring accurate records and appropriate escalation of outstanding or high-risk cases. The role will contribute to the Council''s compliance with Awaab''s Law, housing standards and its wider responsibilities for maintaining safe and healthy homes.
