Key Responsibilities: Repairs Team Leader Manage day-to-day damp, mould and repairs services across occupied social housing properties. Oversee a team of surveyors, inspectors, planners and repairs staff. Ensure damp and mould reports are inspected, diagnosed and resolved within required timescales. Monitor responsive repairs and ensure works are completed to a high standard and within budget. Review inspection reports, identify root causes and agree appropriate remedial works. Manage contractors and monitor performance against KPIs, SLAs and quality standards . Ensure compliance with relevant housing, health & safety and damp and mould legislation . Oversee housing disrepair cases and ensure repairs are progressed appropriately. Liaise with residents, contractors and internal teams to resolve complex repairs ... Temporary
